You will have to request a notice to proceed from the OPA once you have completed and obtained the required approvals and permits. Your notice to proceed request must include:

• a copy of your impact assessment(s) as applicable
  • connection impact assessment
  • system impact assessment
  • customer impact assessment
• a copy of your renewable energy approval
• domestic content plan
• financing plan.
